Actually Works

Happy With It
My teen daughter has been on these for 2 months. She’s also started asking questions about what she eats which was unexpected. Small thing but I think when kids understand why they’re taking something, they own it. The packaging explains it well enough for a teenager to get it

Right Choice
We are pure vegetarian and finding a vegan D3 source was important to us. Most supplements use animal-based D3. Little Joys uses Lichen my husband actually verified this before we ordered. My 15 year old takes 2 every morning with breakfast. Happy with the purchase.

My child already drinks milk. Do they still need this?
A glass of milk gives roughly 300mg of calcium. Teens need ~1000mg daily. Unless your teen is drinking 4 glasses of milk
a day (and absorbing all of it), the gap is real.
