  • Ragi (whole) – 1/3 cup
  • Black chana – 1/2 cup
  • Chana dal – 1/3 cup
  • Urad dal – 1/3 cup
  • Moong dal – 1/3 cup
  • Toor dal – 1/3 cup

  • Water – 300 ml
  • Green chillies – 1–2
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

  • Salt – to taste

Step by Step Recipe

Night Before:
Wash and soak all dals, ragi, and chana overnight.

Morning Prep:
Drain → blend with water, chilli, ginger, and curry leaves into a semi-thick batter.

Rest:
Add salt. Let the batter sit for 10–15 minutes.

Cook:
Make dosas on a hot tawa using a little ghee, just like regular dosa.
