Ordered Our 4+ Gummies and Received a 2+ Pack? Here's What That Means

If you ordered our 4+ gummies and the pack that arrived still says 2+, it is the same gummy. For our kids' DHA, Multivitamin and Calcium gummies, the only things we have changed are the packaging and the age on the label, which we have moved from 2+ to 4+. What is inside is exactly what it was - same ingredients, nothing altered. So the pack you received is the same product you ordered; the printed age simply hasn't caught up yet.

Here is why you might see either pack right now. As we move our recommended age to 4+, we are still updating our 2+ packaging, and we are updating our inventory in the background. During that switch, an order placed for the 4+ can arrive in a 2+ pack and that's exactly the product you ordered. If your little one already loves them, they are getting exactly what they always have. If your child is able to chew properly and was already having our gummies, you can carry on giving them the same, under your supervision.

That is the whole of it - same gummy, same care, new packaging on its way.
